Nina is a Top Producer at Westwood Metes and Bounds Realty, the leading firm in Ulster County for residential sales. Nina has been practicing real estate for 13 years, and has consistently been a top producer in the county, particularly in Woodstock, year after year. 

Nina had several successful careers before returning to Woodstock, her childhood home. After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Nina worked as a painter and printmaker for several years. As a lark she became a fashion model, traveling world-wide for a few years, before transitioning to the other side of the camera. As a photographer she continued traveling the world, based in London and later in New York City. She was known for her dark fashion vision, innovative advertising campaigns, and for her unusual portraits of celebrities. 

Nina then moved back to Woodstock and began a succession of house purchases; turning “sows ears into silk purses,” so to speak. She would take on vagrant and languishing buildings that “spoke to her,” and, as contractor, worked side by side with carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, learning hands-on the basics of house building. Several houses later Nina decided to get her real estate license, and quickly found she was a natural at understanding what buyers and sellers needed most from an agent.

Nina almost has a sixth sense when it comes to finding the right home for a buyer or the right marketing strategy for a listing.  Loving the vagaries of human nature, Nina enjoys meeting and working with a colorful variety of individuals seeking her expertise in a wide range of real estate needs.  Always upbeat, Nina navigates the most difficult and trying transactions without losing her professionalism, focusing on a positive outcome.

 Working tirelessly from 2000, Nina experienced a market that reached the peak in property appreciation and she quickly adapted to the changing market as the economy shifted into recession. Today Nina takes great pleasure finding the best investments for her buyers and excellent prices for her sellers. Nina understands the subtleties and nuances of each home and location, and has a talent for careful communication in delicate situations; these are among the excellent qualities Nina shares with her clientele. Nina lives and works in Woodstock New York with her husband and a houseful of puppies.  She is on the Board for the Center for Photography in Woodstock and she continues to take innovative photographs.
